On the third day, we were skipped for housekeeping despite being out of the room from 12-5 pm. (I called to make sure we wouldn't be charged for the missing bathrobe since the signs are quite intimidating!) On the second day, we got soap but no second bathrobe. On the negative side, one of the rooms was not equipped with handsoap or the second bathrobe upon check-in. On the positive side, the rooms felt spacious enough and were light and airy 18th floor "mountain view" did have a nice view down to the contemporary cityscape. We chose this hotel based on ability to get connecting rooms being able to filter for that is a plus of the Hilton reservation portals.
